Binaries (unsupported)
Before you try the packages listed below, read this:
Binary packages are not officially supported. They can be outdated or
feature limited. If you encounter a problem, try to reproduce it
with a source download of the newest version. If the problem disappears,
contact the package maintainer to fix/update the package. If the problem
persists, contact us.

Original packages
Convenience packages and dependencies
- gmerlin-all-in-one
Contains gavl gmerlin, gmerlin_avdecoder, gmerlin_encoders and gmerlin_visualizer and a build script for automatic compilation.
- gmerlin-dependencies
Extrernal dependencies which aren't part of all distributions
and a build script for automatic compilation.
Note:
The build-scripts do many things (including compilation of
programs) with superuser permission. This is considered
a security hole by many people.
The savest way is always to install every single package with
make install or
with the package manager.
